Juliette B. Pearson

Juliette B. Pearson is an experienced corporate finance and valuation professional specializing in M&A transactions, business valuation, and reservoir-based financial reporting and transaction advisory, with deep expertise across the energy industry. With more than 25 years of experience, she combines technical reservoir engineering expertise with advanced financial modeling, enabling clients to make informed decisions across complex acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments.

Her experience spans multi-billion-dollar transactions supporting assets, public companies, private equity firms, and energy operators, with deep expertise in fairness opinions, fair market value, and valuations for financial reporting purposes.

Prior to founding JBP Consulting LLC, she held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President at Stout, Manager at EY, and Senior Business Development at Mitsui E&P USA. Her technical foundation was built through senior reservoir engineering and commercial roles at BP, Canadian Natural Resources (CNRL), and Australis Energy.

She currently serves as Director on the Board of Directors of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA, Houston Chapter), and as Board Chair for the Energy Valuation Conference.
