JOSH NEESE
Director of Business Development, TRC Consultants LC
Josh Neese is the Director of Business Development at TRC Consultants, where he describes himself as the jack of all trades — handling product development, assisting sales with medium to large clients, tax and contract modeling, and specialist support for international, Gulf of Mexico, and medium-to-large operators.
He has been with TRC Consultants for almost 17 years and has traveled across the globe helping organizations of all sizes implement PHDwin, training over a thousand people to improve their economic evaluations and build robust models. One of his specialties is supporting GOM clients with large, complex databases required to model the unique economics of offshore projects involving multiple wells and platforms, and he is the main contact for anyone developing databases that handle international PSC contracts.
Josh assists clients with questions about the economic features of PHDwin — if a difficult question requires escalation from support, it usually lands on his desk. As a non-engineer, he helps clients understand how the graphs and projections work, while leaving curve-fit best practices and technical evaluations to others.
