His recent experience includes fair market value estimation, the estimation of reserves and resources, acquisition and divestiture support, complex reservoir evaluation, and field development optimization.

Tad is a member and certified petroleum engineer with the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and an active member of the Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers, serving as the 2025 SPEE President and on the SPEE Board of Directors from 2022 through 2025.
