Stella boasts a decade-long career as a Petroleum Reservoir Engineer, with expertise in reservoir modeling and simulation, reserves assessment and documentation, well and reservoir oversight, design and analysis of well-testing, field progression, and optimizing production.
Currently pursuing a Ph.D, Stella’s research encompasses Integrated Reservoir Simulation Modeling for Geological CO2 storage projects, Unconventional Reservoirs, and the constructive repurposing of Produced water.
With a rich background spanning industry and academia, and a dedication to excellence, Stella stands out as a significant contributor in the realm of petroleum engineering.

Stella is currently active in researching the Geological storage of CO2 and how the storage capacity can be optimized in saline formation. This work covers experimental and numerical simulation models using the Petrel/Eclipse Software. In addition,
Stella is a member of the Texas Produced Water Consortium, which is heavily invested in bringing together information and resources to study the economics and technologies related to Produced Water beneficiary reuse.
