Matthew T. Scott, P.E. is a seasoned petroleum engineer at the Texas General Land Office (GLO), currently holding the position of Engineer V. With more than four decades of experience across the oil and gas sector, he specializes in reservoir and production engineering, facility design, flow metering, and commingling operations. At GLO, he leads technical field operations including lease compliance, detailed production volume assessments, and royalty audits.
